Where are you located?

We have our main office in Lynwood, Ca. We ship from different facilities nationwide so we can provide better times for your order.

Do you ship outside the contiguous U.S.?

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous U.S. We are working to bring more shipping options to our customers.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes, our minimum for custom hats is 12 pieces.

Do you charge sales tax?

Customers in certain states may be required to pay sales taxes. If your organization is exempt, please go ahead and place the order with sales tax added.  When you get the order confirmation, send us your tax exempt certificate and we will remove the tax. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our normal production time is 2 weeks, if you are placing a repeat order we will be able to improve our production time.

Can I use a trademark logo?

If we use artwork you have supplied to embroider or print your product, you are warranting that you have unrestricted right and authority to use and distribute that artwork. We reserve the right to cancel orders.
